About the Marcus Minds Program

The Marcus Minds program was developed by Marcus Oldham College to empower our students, alumni, farmers, and rural professionals with innovative techniques and skills to tackle the challenges in farming and agriculture. Our aim is to help participants realise their full potential as professionals, individuals, and community members.

Conceived by Tim McGavin, College alumni and Director of Laguna Bay, the Marcus Minds program has been brought to life through the collaborative efforts of College Principal Andrew Baker, along with Kris Hinck and James Freemantle. Together, they have developed the Marcus Minds website and workshops, creating a comprehensive resource for growth and development in the agribusiness sector.
