Announcement of New Management Structure at Marcus Oldham College
We are pleased to announce an update to the management structure at Marcus Oldham College, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement while remaining true to our core values and principles.
Marcus Oldham is experiencing exciting growth, yet we recognise the challenges ahead. To address these, we have restructured the College to position ourselves for strategic opportunities and enhance our educational goals, ensuring the College operates to its fullest potential.
As part of this change, Cleo Gower, our current Director of Agribusiness and Agriculture, will assume the role of Deputy Principal – Academic in 2025. Cleo’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping our courses, and her focus will continue to be on delivering the high-quality academic experience that defines Marcus Oldham.
Additionally, Tony McMeel will continue his invaluable work as Deputy Principal – Financial and Commercial, providing steadfast support to the College.
We are also pleased to announce the creation of a new position, Director of Foundation and Development, to further advance our outreach and engagement. Elizabeth Gubbins will take on this role, building on the successful work of the Foundation and engagement team with her boundless energy and enthusiasm. Elizabeth will continue to reside on campus as Senior Warden, ensuring her active involvement in campus life.
These changes, effective in 2025, mark an important step toward the continued success and sustainable growth of Marcus Oldham College.
