Congratulations to Marcus Oldham College student Molly Lines, who claimed a third-place podium finish at the Oceania Eventing Challenge in New Zealand in March.
The Victorian Eventer, who is studying the Advanced Diploma in Equine Business Management at Marcus this year, represented Australia, riding her Off The Track Thoroughbred, Tadpole.
Born into a family of horse lovers, Molly was three years old when her mum signed her up at Mansfield Pony Club. Since the age of 14, Molly and Tadpole have achieved some fantastic results, including the third place in NZ.
Competing at an elite level, studying at Marcus has been the perfect solution for Molly, who has brought her competition horses to the College campus.
“I was really excited about being able to have my horses with me while I was studying and learning how to make a living out of this sport.”
