What to Expect
This year, we’re running separate deep-dive sessions for our Agribusiness and Agriculture courses, giving you the chance to hear from graduates, current students, and lecturers about the career opportunities and unique experiences each program offers. You’ll also have plenty of time to tour the campus, discuss finance and scholarships, enjoy a coffee and light lunch on us, and connect with the Marcus Oldham community.

9:30 AM – Coffee Van Opens
Start the day with a fresh coffee and chat with staff, students, and others.
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Welcome & Overview Session
- Introduction to both courses and comparison of the two courses.
- Application process and key deadlines
- Pre-entry experience requirements for both courses
- Insight into the Marcus experience, our learning model, and College life
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Break
- Campus tours
- Coffee and networking
- Explore interactive demonstrations put together by our production lecturers showcasing agri-tech, winter cropping and more.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Agribusiness Session
- In-depth course overview lead by Deputy Principal Cleo Gower
- Career opportunities for Agribusiness graduates
- Graduate stories – hear from past students about their careers
- Current student insights – placements, study tours, career aspirations
- Q&A with lecturers, students, and alumni
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Lunch Break
- Light lunch provided
- Campus tours with current students
- Optional Finance, scholarships, and fees session with Deputy Principal Tony McMeel
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM | Agriculture Session
