Course Outline
The Agribusiness Strategic Marketing course is designed to provide participants with concepts, strategies and tools to build business growth and stability around their products or services within the Agricultural sector. Participants will explore and develop tools to develop a strategic marketing plan specific to their business including, product development, market research, branding, supply chain management, and customer engagement to build a competitive advantage to their agribusiness.

Learning Objectives
- Understanding and reviewing core marketing principles required to develop a strategic marketing plan.
- Develop a clear understanding of all the attributes of a product or service and how these can be incorporated into a strategic marketing plan to provide a competitive advantage or Niche marketing opportunity.
- Identifying requirements to be market ready, including product development, strategic alliances and the role of scaling, required for specific Target or Niche Markets.
- Create a Strategic Marketing plan specific to a particular Business product or service.
Upon completion, you will earn a Certificate of Completion from the Marcus Oldham College Centre for Professional Development.
