Marcus Meat Judging Overview 

Meat Judging at Marcus Oldham is a fully student-led, extracurricular program. Alongside full-time studies, students dedicate early mornings and afternoons to engage with leading meat processors, hear from industry professionals, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the Australian and global red meat industry.  

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Open Day at Marcus Oldham College. It was a pleasure to welcome future students, families and supporters both on campus and online.
